Sajo Daerim is involved in the fields of manufacturing, logistics and retailing of rocessed foods such as fishcakes, crab-flavored fish sticks, hams and sausages under the brand ��쁃aerim Seon.��섾n the manufacturing sector, we have reinforced the premium product lines to keep up with the recently emerging wellness trend. We further develop the meat processing business as our new growth engine as the market keeps expanding. In Ansan plant, ��쁃aerim Seon��� fishcakes and crab-flavored meat pastes branded as ��쁂rabia��� are manufactured for domestic demands. The hygienic facilities such as a clean room and DPS logistics system contribute to production of our high-quality products. In addition, the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), the latest and scientific hygiene control system, was introduced for the first time in the industry back in April, 1999. As a result, our crab-flavored meat paste products were first accredited as the HACCP product by the Korea Food & Drug Administration. In 2006, our fishcake products were also accredited as the HACCP product. Busan plant produces ham and sausage products for domestic demands. In June 2006, the Busan plant was named the HACCP-certified business place over the meat processing sector by the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. In October 2007, the germ-free operation room was installed to stay committed to food hygiene.
